Here is a clarification of how the PTA will distribute funds to help support students this year:

Receive a $100 gift card to either:

50% of net proceeds will be made available to each class-room, based on avg. class size K-3 and 4-5 | One time requests for educational materials, teaching tools, in-class projects, etc. Funds are available on a first come first served bases. Grants will be considered until PTA funds are depleted. Grants approved by PTA Board. |

The ability of the PTA to return money to the classroom comes largely from the success of the Fall Fundraiser. Our teacher's support of this fundraiser is critical to the PTA's funding ability throughout the school year.
Distribution of funds:
PTA Membership Gift Cards
- 1st Distribution $100: September 9th for applications and dues received on or before September 6th
- 2nd Distribution $100: September 23rd for applications and dues received on or before September 16th
- 3rd Distribution $50: October 14th for applications and dues received on or before October 7th
- All others on a case-by-case basis – see Membership Chairman
Program Funds
Funds from the Fall Fundraiser will be available approximately 3-4 weeks after the end of the fundraising event; depending on the arrival of the check. Please refer to the Mason PTA website for instructions.
Grant Requests
Will be reviewed and open for approval starting at the November PTA Board Meeting. Grant request forms will be accepted starting October 17th. Please refer to the Mason PTA website for instructions.
