Connect-Ed 20 May

Hello Mason Lions! We had a great jog-a-thon last Thursday. Our Lions ran, jogged and walked their hearts out! Pledges are due this week. Don't worry if you did not get a chance to give a pledge it is not too late. All lap cards and pledge sheets should already be back to your student or come home today. Please take a moment to acknowledge how hard your Mason Lion worked. We are trying to reach our goal of $17,000. Please consider making a donation of $20 for your Lions efforts. Thank you to all of those that have already turned in your money. Everyone who turns in pledge money gets a free Chick-Fill-A meal. If you meet the goal of $20 you will also get another prize plus be entered in the drawing for more great prizes for every $20 returned. Don't forget our top three fundraisers will get to choose between an Ipad mini, Family 4 pack to the Padre's, and Disneyland tickets for 4. Money will be collected every morning by the flagpole. Thank you for your support!

Jog-A-Thon May 16

Your child must bring a signed permissin to run. Ever child who turns in a permissin sheet will receive a free t-shirt

• 1st Session 8:00-9:00 am 2nd and 3rd grades
• 2nd Session 9:15-10:15 am Kinder and 1st grades
• 3rd Sessin 10:30-11:30 am 4th and 5th grades

Hi Mason Lions Parents,
Please remember if your child does NOT return their signed permission slip for the jog-a-thon they MAY NOT participate and will not get a free t-shirt. The teacher will arrange for them to stay with someone either in the classroom with all the students from the grade level or with another grade who is not going out yet or is done. We need to remember we are teaching responsibility and students who do not practice responsibility will lose the privilege. They have had many reminders and incentives (free t-shirt when the permission slip is returned). NO phone permission will be granted. Hope to see you all the students at the jog-a-thon.

Do we have an exciting week for you?

Join us this Wednesday May 15th anytime after school at Chuck E Cheese on Hibert street for our school fundraiser. Come have fun with your friends, play games and have pizza. Look for fliers on Monday and Tuesday and don't forget your sticker on Wednesday for 10 more free tokens.

I hope you are collecting pledges for our Jog-A-Thon this Thursday May 16th. Parents join our cheer squad or sign up for a $5 donation to run with your child and get a free Mason tshirt. We are going to have a great time with music, Lowel the lion, and all of our Mason friends. Don't forget permission slips are due Wednesday. Let's reach our goal of $17,000 by every student bringing in atleast a $20 pledge. Have a great evening.
