Welcome to the Mason PTA's February Survey.

If you complete the survey you will be entered in a drawing for two $4.50 Robeks Smoothie gift certificates. The drawing will be held at the end of February and the winners will be notified by email. The winners will be able to pick the certificate in the school office.
