This year, all volunteers will be required to follow the policies set by the district. The following must be completed before any volunteer can work on campus, in the classroom, or with students: - Pick up a School Volunteer Application from the school office and return the completed form to the school office. There are new procedures this year and all volunteers will need to complete a application. It takes approximatly 10 working days to process your application, so plan ahead.
- There are four categories of volunteers.
- Category C: Supervised contact with children, even if it is only on a field trip.
- Category D: Unsupervised contact
- You will also need to present proof of a TB screen within last 4 years. TB tests are available at:
- Public Health Department.
- Your private medical care provider.
- Several dirtrict locations, click here for the schedule.
- We are planning to give the test a Mason. We will publish a notice when they have been scheduled.
- Wear an ID badge and sign in and out at the office every time they are on campus.
