On behalf of the Mason Student Council I would like to welcome you back to school and invite you to get ready for a yearlong adventure with the Mason Student Council. For those of you new to Mason, the Student Council is a group of Mason’s most responsible 4th and 5th grade leaders who meet regularly to plan activities and community service events that benefit the entire school community.
During the week of October 5th, fourth and fifth grade students will be campaigning for officer positions on the Student Council. Look for their campaign posters hanging in the Multipurpose Room. They will be delivering their campaign speeches on Friday Oct. 9th and elections will be held later that same morning.
So, get ready for SPIRIT DAYS, FOOD DRIVES, CANDY-GRAMS, and much more with your 2009-’10 Mason Student Council!
