The Birth of the Firebringer By Meredith Ann Pierce
This story is about a young horse becoming more mature to become a warrior and help all of the horses get back their land from the evil wyverns. However, these aren’t just ordinary horses- they’re unicorns, and they know that once a firebringer is with them, they can get their rightful land back. When will the firebringer join the unicorns, and will he help or hurt the unicorns? Meanwhile, a young unicorn named Jan and his friends are going to a warrior initiation that will change Jan and the fate of the unicorns forever. If you like action and adventure, I suggest the firebringer trilogy’s first book: The Birth Of The Firebringer.
